[Bunny Stories: Ruby!]

[Binkie Blots]

I was laying on my trusty stool to recharge energy like usual, when I heard a click from above, and a call of my name. Yay! I leapt off and ran to the stairs to greet her, and to my delight a handful of green was swinging by her side. She circles me for a bit before scooping me into a hug and planting the bushes onto the tile.

Mid-chew I notice two others come down to me, one carrying a white box thing, the other with paper. I don't think I've eaten paper before? Not that I'm opposed to trying it...

Then out of nowhere one of them snatch my greens into the mouth of the box? I look at them puzzled but they just gently push me closer to the box. I don't really want to go in, I try showing them that but they're insistent. So I let myself squeeze in.

...

Y'know, I really don't like cars. They're bumpy and I have to be in this thing when inside of them, maybe to protect from the bumpiness?

I'm relieved to be let out of it. I can tell that I'm being carried by the same one who gave me greens, I can smell them on her hands. She holds the box tightly and reassures me a few times before we enter this building thing. I trust that they're taking me here for a good reason!

...

There are so many nice people here! They're very gentle with me, they gave me some wipes and pressed me a little, but they seemed calm! It wasn't long before I was reunited with my family. One of the ladies who was looking at me in the other room sets me down on this metal table thing. She starts talking with my family, who all but one keep full focus on her - the smaller one waves at me twice.

... They look a bit worried, and the second they all look at me the lady pats my back, but I look at her and see a worriless face. Did something happen? Should I do something?

At one point the lady points to this girl bunny diagram on the wall, and points to the rear area, and an upside-down pink triangle next to it. They keep talking, getting less and less serious when some form paper thing is mentioned. I'm randomly fluffed by the tall one, and because I can tell she's stressed I hold back the urge to lick her fingers, but I look at her and she smiles at me.

...

Back in the creaky car, the bars to the box are opened and my little head is stroked soothingly, I barely keep my eyes open to enjoy it. Even more papers were given to us, the other two are reading them in the front of the car. My comfort was debated a bit when we first got into the car, but they praised me for behaving so nicely when arriving here.

The ladies inside were looking at the red stuff at the bottom of my fur. It's been happening for maybe 2 days now, it keeps coming even if I clean it, and its showing up in my litter box now. I wonder if they took me there to help me?

I look up to her face to assess the stress, and there is none. I probably should just leave this stuff to my family.

I just hope I won't be shoved in another car anytime soon!
